Exclusive Rental Money Back Guarantee by Orlando Sun Mobility
No other mobility scooter company in Orlando offers a Money Back Guarantee. Here at Orlando Sun Mobility, we believe the Four Promises below are absolutes:
1) Do Less Walking with the Step Saver™ – Guaranteed!
When renting a Step Saver™ Wheelchair or Mobility Scooter you will do considerably less walking. You will be better able to handle the physical demands of a day at theme parks, entertainment areas, shopping areas and resorts.
2) Allowed in Orlando Area Theme Parks – Guaranteed!
Our Step Saver™ Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs comply with all the Orlando area theme park rules and regulations for size, function, and features.
3) Allowed on Orlando Area Buses and Disney Monorail – Guaranteed!
Our Step Saver™ Mobility Scooters and Wheelchairs comply with all the public transportation rules and regulations for size, function, and features. Some transportation methods (bus/monorail/boat, etc.) may require you to wait for the driver or attendant to fold out an accessibility ramp before you can board. Also, there may be limited spaces for a Mobility Scooter or Wheelchair to ride. If the available spaces are already taken, be aware that you may have to wait for the next vehicle to arrive with available space.
4) Easy Disassembly for Transport – Guaranteed!
Mobility Scooter ECV: Transporting the scooter in a SUV/VAN/Mini-Van/Car: You will disassemble the scooter and lift the pieces in one by one. The seat comes off, the steering tiller folds down, the battery comes off, and on some models the chassis can be separated into two parts. Each piece can weigh around 20-35 lbs. Or, you can lift the whole thing into the back of a full size van – though this might take two or more strong people. If you need instructions or more help, refer to your reservation email, or contact our customer support.
Wheelchair: Folding for transport is a snap. Engage both wheel locks before getting in or out of chair. TO CLOSE/FOLD CHAIR – First fold foot plates to vertical position. Grab seat with both hands at front and back edge and lift. Or, tilt chair to one side and lift up on seat rail. TO OPEN CHAIR – Open wheelchair by tilting to one side and pushing down on seat rail until fully opened. If you need instructions or more help, refer to your reservation email, or contact our customer support.

We believe these are absolutes and we assure you that when renting from us, you will not have issues related to these promises.
